Mine Again
This beautiful, precious, adored dog is going to be with me again soon.
And he won't have to make do with little patches of snow up on Teide once a week in winter (if he's lucky), he'll have heaps and heaps of snow where we're going!! And that boy loves his snow.
It just keeps getting better and better and better.

Yay! And clapping of hands.
Fiona what great news and what a wonderful addition to the new family :-)
Wheeeee! I'm so happy! He is such a handsome boy! And he's going to be so happy to be back with his momma.
Is he a purebred German Shepherd? We've been tossing around the idea of getting a German Shepherd next.
Oh, what a beautiful dog! And now I'm logging in with my new blog!
He is beautiful, and once he gets used to the cold winters of his new home...his coat will be even more beautiful...but best of all...as you said...you will have him with you again!
Deb - thank you! I'm beyond happy :)
D - absolutely and he will bring so much to the mix :)
Anna - he is a beautiful animal, inside and out. But not a purebred anything, he's my little foundling rescued from the street as a tiny little baby (with his brother). His momma is ecstatic!!
Mrs. Monkey - welcome back!!
Sunny - he's a snow-dog at heart. The most joy I've ever seen is when he's in snow, limited though it is in Tenerife. A frisbee and the beach make him smile, but a frisbee and snow bring him real joy. Gosh, I just can't wait!!
It's been my experience that dogs simply love the snow. It's cold, but they're insulated, and before it melts, it's dry, so it's way more fun than rain.
Glad to hear your dog will be a happier canine - and you'll be a happier dog-owner.
Fantastic Fi.. having a a dog around always makes a girl happier I say..
He looks a lovely boy.. how soon??
Matt - yes, and he's definitely a cold weather dog! He'll love the snow and having a yard to run around in and lots more space than he has at home now!
Kimba - this gal loves that dog bigtime :) We're aiming towards sometime in the spring or early summer, depending on formalities.
